Clearscore only update your report (and searches) every 30 odd days, so it takes weeks to come through on that. I had hard searches on Transunion (Credit Karma) and Equifax yesterday, so very likely they would have done both for you as well. No idea on Experian as I haven't been able to get MSE Credit Club working. Still no valuation booked for me!xMeganCL said:Hmm, ive just pulled a report from checkmyscore that gathers from all three, and apparently a hard search was done yesterday through Equifax. Nothing's showing on Clearscore. Is there a delay?Initial property found & offer accepted: 24/09/2020

I can't get signed up to credit karma, it apparently can't find me, so I used checkmyscore to pull all the reports.Nationwide mortgage application (FTB)

Hi Applied for nationwide mortgage decision in principle received. We have a online mortgage deal reserved, but when we have gone to apply there is an error message telling us to ring bank which we have done but no one can help we are stuck between 2 depts, so they say. and have told us to reapply but when we reapply the mortgage rate has gone up, the mortgage we have reserved is a2% fixed 5 years and no fee and somehow we can’t apply can anyone help? We aren’t having much look sent over some docs 2 weeks ago had to send them again as theyd been lost!!0

Maybe see if you can get an appointment in your branch? They might be able to help you. I can't think of any other way that you could get your reserved rate. It may well be that they have since pulled the product, making the reserved rate invalid? Either way the only way to get it resolved will be through them.Louloud1978 said:Hi Applied for nationwide mortgage decision in principle received. I actually cannot deal with this waiting 😂 I know that it's now the weekend and I'm being stupid but it's killing me, I just want to know and I'm only 10 working days in!

I'm so anxious waiting, I had a DIP accepted 2 weeks ago, offer made and accepted and it's a 3 week wait for an appointment with a mortgage consultant. I can't apply online as I want to port my mortgage. 3 weeks! I can't stand the delay! I'm worrying that they are very busy and perhaps the valuation will be delayed too.0

This thread has been very informative and stress reducing to see that we aren't the only ones waiting ages. Our application was 20/7, DIP 22/07 and valuation booked 07/08. We've not heard anything since then so it's been quite a stressful wait. Has anyone had to wait this long between the valuation being carried out and confirmation text that NW have received the valuation?
We had hard credit search done on 07/08. We are FTB with 10% deposit if that makes a difference in how long our application is taking. This might seem a silly question but do they apply the rate when you applied or the rate when they make the offer for the mortgage repayments? We are concerned about how much it's gone up since application date.0
