Try not to compare you're time line with someone else's, it's prob because they asked for those additional docs that has held you up.. Easier er said than done thou. I'm so anxious too, FTB, single application. my valuation was done on Tues but I haven't heard that it's been recieved. When I applied in the 26th I hadn't got my Oct payslip yet or bank statement. I've a feeling they will ask me for those.... Going to be a long week 🙈🙈😂😂0

Should have proof read that... So many typos 😂😂0

I applied for my mortgage directly through Nationwide’s website on 20th October and received my DIP. It showed in the tracker as normal.
I then went through full application on 25th and received my full mortgage offer (no physical valuation needed?) on 1st November. (Quickest offer ever or a problem?) the offer was showing in the tracker, and no problems getting in online. My solicitor acting for my purchase has just had to change, so I called them last night to ask them to change the solicitors details. They did it there and then, but asked me to follow up with documents to an email address which I did a bit later on.Immediately following this call, I realised I could no longer get any info on the tracking, it just says there are no active applications with that email address?Other than calling them to check which I will do when I get a moment, does anyone know why an application would just disappear from the tracker please?Thank you.0 -
Hello,
I thought id jump on this and share my timeline so far.
FTB
19th oct - AIP
22nd oct - Mortgage application submitted
28th oct - Valuation of property
01st nov - results of valuation received and accepted (two texts one after the other within seconds)
01st nov - hard check
and now still waiting for my offer, fingers crossed I hear soon as I see a lot of people got theirs straight away. My MA has been brilliant and updates me daily if he has heard anything but he's hoping for some kind of decision today.0 -
I called Nationwide directly today as my MA is terrible. They said our docs from last week were awaiting review and they'd be reviewed today before 6pm and we should hear something. I'm skeptical tbh given the time now, another weekend feeling anxious I think!0
