We've had notice that the second hard check on ClearScore has been done now. MA told me Friday the valuation was all approved and no issues too. Seems that we've done everything at this stage so I hope this week we get notification that the offer is en route.

Same, had both done on Friday. Hope we both get good news tomorrow hopefully. First search was about 9am, second about 1pm. Hopefully that is a good sign that they found no issues on the first to carry on and do the second?

Yeah, I'd hope so! Did you have a text from Nationwide saying they've approved the survey yet? I've not had one and from reading other timelines it seems that text and the offer are usually minutes apart?

No but mortgage broker said its approved. Wasn't concerned by that at all though.

Mortgage Offered ....GET IN!!!

Timeline for those wanting to know.

19/10 - Application Submitted
20/10 - Valuation booked for 26/10
26/10 - Valuation Complete (all good)
26/10 -  Proper statement for savings required as first one sent wasn't dated
29/10 - Hard checks showing on Clearscore and Karma. Advisor said they will have been done days before though.
02/11 - Statement rechecked and mortgage offered

It was less than 2 weeks but felt like 2 months! Good luck to anybody else going through this.

Big congrats! Keeping fingers crossed we get our offer soon given we had the exact same timeline of milestones! Did you get a text from Nationwide or did the MA call you?

Both at the same time. MA told me and text through minute later.
My MA has been amazing - bugged her everyday.

I just chased mine after reading your update - wish I could say he was just as good but he's a "you just need to wait for another week" kind of MA....!

Similar timeline to @sheffield_soldier, if not the exact same

19/10 - Applied for  DIP, received and application submitted - Email and Text received
19/10 - Soft Check
27/10 - Soft Check 
28/10 - Found out via our new build company someone came to do a valuation.
01/11 - MA advised valuation looks all good and inline with purchase price.
02/11 - Text received valuation report received. A few minutes later text and email received they've issued a mortgage offer.

Waiting for hard search to appear on CK, which I'm sure it will over the coming days. 

This was all submitted via a MA, FTB.

Good luck to everyone else! Now time to figure out building insurance, exchange of contracts and move dates etc. the fun continues!
