Well doesn't look like any news today 😅. Our Broker seems confident we should get something by the end of the week. ATM I am just wishing my life away untill the phone call!

Haha I'm the same! This waiting is painful! I'm also hoping to hear some sort of update by the end of the week. The extra info they asked for was provided last Tuesday and the valuation was done the week before and has been approved so just waiting for them to review the new docs.

I've been lurking for a while. Am in tenterhooks. Hoping to hear something soon. My timeline so far

21/04 Applied for Mortgage
29/04 Valuation Done
30/04 Partial Valuation and Hard Credit Check done
05/05 Further documentation requested. 

The waiting is driving me mad!

No news, but another day closer to the end of the week at least 😵

My broker emailed to say he's expecting to hear from Nationwide by close of play tomorrow. I really hope it's with a decision and not just a request for more info which puts us back to the bottom of the pile. 😏

Good news, bad news for me.
Valuation was all OK and signed off as fine. I asked broker if they could find any details as I'm interested, said she will ask first thing tomorrow.

But broker said NW asked for proof of the last two years bonus payments. Which I already had given to broker and said they sent them off. But might not get a response because of that until next Thursday... broker said she will try ask tomorrow when asking about the valuation. But yah might be another week for me.

On plus side solicitors seem to be working rapid, all surveys are back.

So fingers crossed maybe something tomorrow, but more than likely next week.

I feel your pain, after getting no response from my broker I called Nationwide for an update and they said they asked my broker for something ten bloody days ago and still waiting so I sent a very snippy email insisting she call and gave her both barrels. Needless to say that form has now gone off but probably won't even be looked at until middle of next week and I've no idea what else needs doing on it as my broker tells me nothing. Beyond annoyed but hey ho! I really hope others get news this  week 🙏

I've also had another update from my broker advising they've now asked for a more up to date LISA statement even though the statement we provided with the application is less than a month old so I have no idea what they're after! So annoying!

He did say it's been approved subject to this so at least that's something.
