Currently on working day 11 - valuation will be next Thursday which will have been 15 working days since application was received by NW.

The wait is bloody awful!

Oddly enough today I just had an email and text from NW that they have received the valuation report. So got the confirmation they received but never got any notice when it was being done. 

Either way happy it's progressing but yea the wait is awful. Hoping it does come through next week Tuesday (4/5) as broker suggested!

Afternoon all

I've been following this and a few other threads closely whilst waiting on our NW offer, here is our timescale:

13/04 Application submitted via broker
15/04 Valuation booked for 22/04
22/04 Valuation survey complete and Hard credit check done
28/04 Valuation survey received

Spoke to our broker this afternoon, the feedback he's had is that the underwriters have slowed right down and currently have a 6 day SLA, so we may be waiting until next Friday for the valuation to be assessed and underwritten 😩

Both FTB and not dealing well with all this waiting around 😅

I heard the same, due to 95% mortgages everything has slowed.

I got an email from Credit Karma tonight to say a hard search has been done. Hubby and I checked and can see a hard search from Nationwide on his dated yesterday and mine dated today. I'm not sure why they were on different days?! 

My broker thinks we'll next hear from them mid next week so I'm going to try and forget about it and enjoy the BH weekend. We'll see how that goes lol!

Mon 19th April - broker scored the application and it passed (DIP?)
Mon 19th April - soft search by Nationwide on Experian (ID check) and Transunion and Equifax (quotation searches)
Tues 20th April - full application submitted 
Tues 20th April - text message received to say valuation booked for 22nd April 
Thurs 22nd April - text message received to say valuation report received and awaiting review
Tues 27th April - broker emailed to say valuation approved 
Tues 27th April - query re deposit and additional docs sent the same day
Wed 28th April - hard search on husband's Transunion
Thurs 29th April - hard search on my Transunion 

I'm slightly concerned that by the time the additional docs have been checked it'll be May and they'll then want April bank statements and we'll have to wait another week! Hopefully not! 😬
