My buyer is with nationwide, we have been sale agreed for here weeks now and the valuation still isn’t booked.

looking at everyone else’s timeline I am starting to wonder when they applied for their mortgage!  It can’t have been two or three weeks ago or he valuation would be done.

We had our application received on April 14th, valuation is not until May 6th.
Hope that helps ease your mind a little.

@Redwino222 our application went in on 12th April but the valuation wasn't until the 28th but others on here had them the next day. It all depends on when the firm they use have availability next in your area. I'm sure it will be done soon. If you call your EA, they can contact your buyer for an update for you 😊
