Yes, hoping all OK. Going through broker and borrowing 100k less than affordability but also have a rental property and I'm new in my current job so don't know how much that complicates thing from an underwriting perspective. Eeeek. Can't concentrate on work!Firsttimebuyer20202021 said:
Good luck our valuation came back yesterday and we got texts in the same evening to say it has been reviewed and offer 🤞🏼 Same for you!MandM90 said:

Should be a positive that you’re lending less than affordability. And don’t worry I was new in my job too 😀 I know what you mean you’re constantly worrying and work seems such a challenge!!MandM90 said:

MORTGAGE OFFER ISSUED!!! Haven't seen it, let's hope it's for the original DIP terms and not 9% interest (I keep thinking I'll relax after each hurdle, and I find more things to worry about...)0

Does anyone know Nationwides criteria for defaults? We are looking for remortgage at 60 LTV but have a 5 year old mobile phone default for less than £100. Currently with an adverse lender as there was 3 more defaults but these have now dropped off. Thanks1

I just want the keys now! Chased solicitors yesterday apparently the sellers solicitors didn’t answer any enquiries that our solicitors made until they heard we had the offer. I will be a pest until we can get a completion date 😬MandM90 said:Mortgage is for original terms, yay, just need conveyancing to spppppeeed along now.1 -
