I do feel lighter, however we’ve now got exchange and a wait to go until completion so I won’t relax until they’ve handed us the keys 😂1 -
@Mgars93 just a quick update. Got our texts at 18.53 this evening with mortgage offer! Absolutely delighted 😀 my advice to anyone is never think you don’t have to chase even if you have a broker. I phoned nationwide every single day multiple times and we got our offer within 4 working days. Tsb made us wait 7 weeks and didn’t go ahead. We didn’t chase once ourselves.1

Hi all,
New to the forum and been reading through this thread with interest as I have an application in progress.
For requested documents, how are people sending them over? I emailed them through yesterday but they are still showing in "documents outstanding" when checking the application summary through online banking.
My timeline is roughly as follows:
13/01 - DIP
14/01 - Full application sent off
15/01 - Credit search on Equifax
18/01 - Survey booked and completed

CheersI would definitely phone nationwide and ask them but can you not upload documents when you log in to track your application?0 -

Going direct through Nationwide - there was no option to upload documents that I could see, the only options were to post, go to a branch, or email. Went with what I thought would be the quickest route.0 -

CheersYou can check their timescales here. We’ve found that they are slightly quicker than the times stated. https://www.nationwide-intermediary.co.uk/placing-business/service-updates1 -
