Oh god that sounds frustrating. Assuming you’re not using H2B on a new build and just buying a “normal” house? Did you get the offer and everything from tsb before they pulled it?

with NW it just seems to be luck of the draw. If you was referred straight away it will take a little longer but don’t be too disheartened! If it’s urgent I’m sure your MA can escalate it 😊

No we were on the brink of offer apparently before it went to audit and still told it will be fine and then it wasn’t. 

Yes we’re buying a 30 year old house no help to buy. We are both employed using savings for part deposit and gift for the rest. 

Quite annoyed my MA or the multiple live chats never said once our DIP was referred but still a good timescale to get application approved within 2.5 working days to be fair. 

I agree I think it might be pot luck as everyone have different timelines but NW have said I can phone whenever I want for updates and they understand we’re anxious. 

Can’t wait to find out if your offer comes through tomorrow, keeping my fingers crossed for you. Just the relief of getting the offer will be a great feeling 😊

What did they decline you on, did they give a reason?

that’s not too bad then, not as much pressure as a developer on your back trying to get an exchange 😂 even if we do get the offer and exchange, I’ll still be a nervous wreck until we complete in a few months time incase anything goes wrong!!

yeah over the phone NW are super helpful. I think I’ve only had one person who was proper miserable, the rest have been fantastic.

Good morning I have phoned countrywide and nationwide. Countrywide said no instruction received and nationwide said valuation HAS been instructed. The instruction is in limbo? The waiting makes me think the worst I can’t bare it 😫
