Our valuation was ages ago (16th Nov) but had to get structural report and then change the price. So have had a delay

Exciting! When was the valuation done? Ours was done at 09:00 this morning. Every time my phone vibrates, my stomach gets butterflies! 

Have you received anything from NW? We had our valuation yesterday but not had anything back, a nervous wreck here was hoping for an offer before the weekend!!

@Mgars93 We haven’t heard anything either. Online says they have received the valuation. We went onto online chat and they looked into it and said there was a structural issue but not bad enough to change the amount they would lend. They said we’ll hear from them on Monday...... We’ve got our survey booked for Monday and had already asked him to focus on damp as we currently rent nearby and know it’s a common issue. We’ll see what comes of that. We might end up getting an offer and then asking the seller to reduce......  The waiting is the worst bit.

Just a little update on where we are at, rare due to exchange and complete tomorrow! Had a text from nationwide Friday advising the funds will be sent Monday too. Fingers crossed all goes well! Good luck to all still waiting, this forum has kept me sane (kind of)!

@Mgars93 A new week. Hopefully we’ll hear something soon. It’s tricky trying to relax on a weekend knowing that you’re not going to hear anything. Hope you get your news too.

@JRSKR - I know, been a very long weekend but hoping today is the day it can finally be over. Only another 3ish months to wait until completion though 😂🤦‍♂️

@Mgars93 Was impatient so struck up another webchat. Apparently it’ll be 5-7 working days from today til we hear anything. 😣 Doesn’t fill one with confidence when you’re told different things each time you speak to them!
