Does anyone know if valuations will still go ahead if they are not desktop based? Bit worried know because of lockdown. Mines booked for the 12th Nov0

I had a valuation booked for 28th October (I'm in Wales) which was shifted to the 9th November (when our lockdown ends). But the NW intermediary site says that they would still be pressing on with on site valuations as long as certain criteria are met. I'm not sure what happened to mine but I have just left it rather than try and change anything.singh001 said:Does anyone know if valuations will still go ahead if they are not desktop based? Mortgage adviser has went over the offer and the wrong purchase price has been put in she’s spoken to them and they’ve said it’s to go back to underwriters and should take another 7 days. She said it will go through fine just another week wasted I suppose we were buzzing to finalise things and get in ASAPhiggins99 said:

The waiting is awful isn’t it, especially when I read that people are getting decisions quite quickly.I’m trying so hard to stay positive but I’m like you, the longer it goes on the more worried I’m getting.Really hope it goes well for you! 🤞🏻0 -
