FTB, Scotland, 80% LTV using First Home Fund to top up deposit, partner has been on furlough with return to work next week. We used a broker to submit the application.
7/10 - Mortgage application received
8/10 - Valuation booked and accepted (existing home report was used)
16/10 - Hard check on Equifax and Transunion
27/10 - Further documentation requested (partner's latest payslip and a more detailed letter from employer re: return to work after furlough)
29/10 - Further documentation submitted
