    We are applying for 90 % LTV 
    had our hard checks yesterday, but when I asked broker If this was good progress he said it was the usual steps?    I just feel stressed and in limbo as it’s so much waiting. We are first time buyers and with everything going on you never know what’s happening and changing.

    We had ours about 10 days after the application went in, seems to be the thing which is similar for everyone regardless of outcomes

    What’s the next steps is the above good signs?

    had hard credit check today 
  • I've been following this thread since we applied for 90% LTV. We have finally recieved an offer today! In all three of the bank statements I provided I had dipped into my overdraft, and I had one default on my file from 4 years a go. No additional documents were requested.

    DIP - 18th Aug
    Full Application - 18th Aug
    Valuation Booked - 18th Aug
    Valuation carried out - 2nd Sept
    Valuation Approved - 12th Oct
    Offer Recieved - 12th Oct
