had our hard checks yesterday, but when I asked broker If this was good progress he said it was the usual steps? I just feel stressed and in limbo as it’s so much waiting. We are first time buyers and with everything going on you never know what’s happening and changing.0 -

I've been following this thread since we applied for 90% LTV. We have finally recieved an offer today! In all three of the bank statements I provided I had dipped into my overdraft, and I had one default on my file from 4 years a go. No additional documents were requested.
