I’ve just phoned (again) and was told she could see all the extra stuff I’d sent in and that it was “with the audit team to see if I would get a voucher”. Also to wait 2 weeks. I’m sure it’s been at least 2 weeks since I sent the last of the paperwork in!0

‘It’s with the audit team’ seems to be one of the standard phrases at the moment. I was told this when I submitted my additional info nearly 3 weeks ago now!Frith said:I’ve just phoned (again) and was told she could see all the extra stuff I’d sent in and that it was “with the audit team to see if I would get a voucher”. I sent my additional info (proof of address) over a month ago and still have no response other than this...
As mentioned the processing is not done by order of receipt but simply on the basis of how fast we can verify all information required. Your application is currently in the validation stages and as soon as we have an update and it's complete we will contact you immediately.

I don't know but I would suggest to apply as normal but to also attach a pdf showing evidence of your new address such as a council tax bill or gas bill etc. And state your moving in date. I'm not exactly an expert as I've been waiting since 2nd October to hear of any vouchers but I'd do the above.quattros said:
