Following on from my message above, apparently they have approved /issued vouchers for some claims and for the exact same quotes for others they have requested explanations as they are high .that’s from the same installer.... the farce continues.

Basically the paragraph states that I the customer is happy with the quote, I believe the quote is reasonable and trust the company to do a good quality installation..
  • I received an email from GHG central at 9pm on the 24th stating that [for underfloor insulation] the proposed suspended floor height was "too high" (the quote did not mention any heights only that the insulation was to be fitted beneath the floor).
Before I responded, on the 29th, I received another email containing a voucher. Go figure?

I am aware of some emails sent in error.

I completed the City Energy EDF Green Homes Grant Registration months ago and have not had anything back from them - no confirmation, nothing. Wanting dormer flat roofs insulation front and back, and inside doors replaced.
Anyone else with experience of the City Energy EDF Green Homes Grant Registration?
Pretty sure internal doors arent included in the grant so maybe they are concentrating on customers who are getting green home grants in entirety

I only managed to get 2 quotes, one was 50% more than the other and both were well above what I'd been told a local firm would do it for.

Nope.  It's a joke. Money making exercise. How they can give quotes for any kind of work without actually coming to look at what needs to be done is beyond me
