Thanks, I did exactly what you did for EWI too, on the first day, so this gives me hope! I did send them the extra info they asked for. Congrats, I hope the work goes smoothly

I applied for a ASHP and myenergi eddi and harvi on 30th September resubmitted the paperwork on19th November as when I first submittted the paperwork it didn't have all the info they needed. Luckily yesterday I had the confirmation that my voucher had been issued for £9980. My quote was given on the 16th september and was only valid for 3 months so the voucher was issued just in time 
Booked in early January for the installation :-)

Thanks, now I'm just waiting on my chosen company to come round for a final inspection and confirm when the work will start. 
Also like to add my voucher expires March 2021.

I applied literally the minute the scheme opened and have only today received my first email from them, asking for 2 utility bills as they have been unable to verify my identity. Unbelievable it’s taken 3 months to ask such a simple question. At least it shows things are progressing though.

I just got this same email. I also applied in the first minute, I was refreshing my browser until it went live. I carefully gave them all the correct info, and an updated quote when they changed teh requirements. Now they ask for two forms of ID months later! Its infuriating. I've sent quite a frustrated email to them

The people doing the work are getting booked up for many months, and the back of my house is a state and unprotected, as I chipped off the blown render thinking the work would be underway by now. 

Anyway, fingers crossed

I too was refreshing the browser! We must of applied at virtually the same time. Doesn't look it did us much good, we seem like we’re at the back of the que. I’ll keep you posted on here if I get a voucher. Good luck !

Got my vouchers only applied a few weeks back.
My installer is asking for the vouchers to be sent to them which sounds weird to me as I guess they could just say they'd done the work. What do you reckon?

I think you have to submit the invoice and voucher for payment to be made to the supplier. I guess your signature is needed

Yes I rang them and they said the supplier gets an email stating the voucher is approved.  The company just rang me and said they need it to update their information and they wouldn't risk loosing their trust mark so no need to worry. And they cant do anything with the voucher. But I've just gone through the process to redeem the voucher and other than uploading invoices and some tick boxes there is nothing to stop anyone filling it in.
Maybe I'm just being overly nervous
