Quick update, we applied for the Voucher to install an Air Source Heat Pump on the first day (30 September 12.30 PM).

Friday (4th December 4PM) we had an email saying our quote had expired. We received (from our supplier) and forwarded on an updated quote to them by 6PM.

Saturday (5th)  Received an email saying my update had been forwarded to the correct department.

Tuesday (8th 11am)  Recieved conformation the we had been approved for the voucher.

I hope the timescales help others who find themselves in a smiliar situation.

I sent them an updated quote on the 27th Nov, having applied on the first morning originally with all the details they asked for. Still nothing in response. Its crazy that they just leave us in the dark about everything, and are completely useless when you contact them. I'll be so relieved if and when I get my voucher

It came as bit of a shock. I wasn't expecting anything from them until the new year.

We've just had our voucher issued for solar thermal. I did also apply for a secondary measure (energy efficient door). Is anyone aware if the vouchers for each measure get issued separately? The email I received in regards to the voucher for the primary measure makes no reference to the secondary. 

Not sure if they should have arrived at the same time.

Got my voucher issued for cavity wall and loft insulation today. Originally applied about mid October and then re-submitted for a different and better installer on 27th October and all now approved and I can book the work in.

My original quote didn't have all the requirements they recently issued  such as number of hours etc but they never asked for further information.

Hopefully some of you also got vouchers today :-)

Hey All, finally been issued with the voucher to complete external wall insulation. 
Applied on the first day, was not issued with the confirmation email on that day but I did receive an email in mid November about that my application is in process then got an email this morning with the confirmation voucher.
Also I wasn't asked to provide anything  additional like how many hours it will take to complete the work and so on.
Lastly I'm based in East London if that actually matters to anyone. 
Good luck to other applicants, hopefully you get your vouchers soon.

Wow congratulations to those who have received your vouchers. We are still waiting. Can I ask if anyone has received any flat roof insulation vouchers yet? We applied 2nd October.
