@ Walkingdead . What type of property was this quote for eg semi / terraced?
Did you have solid walls all around your property ? Or a mix of Cavity and Solid walls?

@Purpleboots Absolutely no idea, the company I was with supplied a new quote within half an hour of that email. If I go to the back of the queue it'll have expired again by the time it's my turn!

Hi - I need to start the process on this very soon on behalf of my parents. They are looking to get roof insulation done followed by replacing couple of single glazed windows with double.
As they are on benefits, I am guessing even if the secondary job is more than the primary there is no cost for them?0 -

The amount you get towards the cost of secondary measures cannot exceed the amount you get for primary measures.
