I’d also be interested to know if vouchers are being issued by the type of improvement applied for. My application for flat roof insulation was submitted on day 2 and I’m still waiting for my voucher.0

BREAKING NEWS !! Source BBC NEWS online today.
The government will bring forward, to 2023, the date by which new homes will need to be warmed without using gas heating.
It will aim to install 600,000 heat pumps a year by 2028 - these are low-energy electrical devices for warming homes.
And it has extended the Green Homes Grant for home insulation for a year after the first tranche was massively over-subscribed.
Possibly still in with a chance - fingers crossed.

Money saving expert reports..
The Green Homes Grant scheme, which currently offers homeowners vouchers worth up to £5,000 to help cover the cost of making their homes more energy efficient, will be extended by a year.
The scheme, which launched in September and is one of the Government's flagship Covid-recovery job-creation projects, was due to end on 31 March 2021. But the Government has announced that it's now set to be extended until 2022.
MoneySavingExpert.com founder Martin Lewis had called for the Government to extend the deadline after consumers reported struggling to find installers to complete the work before the end of March.
No further details have been given yet on the extension of the scheme, so we don't yet know if it'll offer the same amount in vouchers or if changes will be made to the way it works. The Prime Minister is due to set out details of his "green industrial revolution" - of which this scheme is a part - later on Wednesday, so we may know more shortly. For full info on how the scheme works at the moment, see our Green Homes Grant guide.

Very sensible to extend the scheme.
Ive applied for air source heat pump and have no voucher yet.0 -
The Simple Energy Advisors told me I should look under Suspended Floor/Underfloor Insulation installers but even MSE has incorrect information as to whom I should contact. No wonder because if the installers are mis-categorised by Trustmark the system will fail, and Trustmark seem incapable of changing an installers categorisation if they get it wrong in the first place. I contacted the Government Department of Energy for help as no one out of the list of installers given me by SEA or Trustmark are doing this type of work or are even in the scheme. The GDE told me today they recommend I phone all local installers and ask them to sign up to Trustmark and join the Green Homes Scheme. I have already spoken with one installer who told me they were not interested as they have to pay Trustmark a fee to join and it's not worth their while.0

Today I received an e mail from the scheme which has been extended to end March 2022. Significant info for those that have applied but haven't received vouchers:
A common reason for applications not meeting the requirements is due to quotes not containing the correct information. The quote you receive from your installer should include:
- Business name and contact details
- Company registration and VAT numbers (if applicable)
- Your name/address/contact details
- Full breakdown of works, including enabling works (e.g. scaffolding, lowering of the level of ground water) including costs
- Any guarantee/warranty you will be providing
- Payment terms (how/when will customer have to pay)
- How long the job will take (hours)
- Total price (incl. VAT for domestic customers)
- Any delivery costs
- Any deposit needed
- Details of stage payments (if agreed)
- Any access needed (e.g. to water/electricity)
If your quote does not include all of these things, your application will likely be delayed and you will be asked to provide more information. If you think this could apply to you, go back and check your quote. Ask your installer to provide you with an updated quote and once you have it, email it to customer@green-homes-grant.service.gov.uk along with your voucher ID or grant application reference number. The team will then update your application for you with the new quote and it will be processed.
As a reminder, you will receive a separate voucher for each of the measures that you have applied to install.

So now the big question, do I try to find a better quote or stick with the rather high one I submitted? My share is still cheaper than doing it myself, but they're making a fair bit of profit!0

I couldn’t manage to attach my quotation to the form properly. I ended up screenshotting what I thought were the most important parts.0

I’ve received the same email. I’m sure not all of these quote requirements were asked for initially. I don’t recall seeing a requirement of the hours the work would take.

Ok, I’ve just that email too!
Ive forwarded the whole of the builders email to the email address supplied.
No number of hours was given by my builder and I don’t really see how that is relevant!0
