New Green Homes Grant to give up to £5,000 in vouchers for insulation and double-glazing

I have now received my vouchers for the primary measures.  Do I get the secondary measure vouchers once the primary measures have been installed?  There was no measure of the secondary measures in the email I received.

Did anyone come out to inspect the quote or did they just approve the voucher by email?
what date did you apply?

rajanm that's great news you got your primary vouchers. I saw a statement on the much derided Facebook Post by the Green Homes Campaign that they were starting to issue vouchers. I will continue to check my inbox hopefully. Can I ask you when you submitted your claim and also if your quotes had an expiry date?

I’m getting fed up of waiting now and loosing hope.  My installer is getting booked up and time is ticking. I applied within minutes of the scheme opening. Surely it should be on a first come first served basis or how is it a fair system ?

You can understand the installers working on that basis but then so should the bloody government! I know someone who has a voucher that applied 3 weeks after me. The whole scheme seems a con, a lottery and a publicity stunt !

Perhaps the vouchers are being issued depending on the primary measure you applied for.

All mine was going to be used for an Air Source Heat Pump which I applied for on the first day.

I applied for flat roof insulation on the 3rd day (2nd November). I'm not feeling very optimistic.

Congrats to all starting to receive your vouchers. 
It could be possible that vouchers are being released to certain applicants in stages for example Air Source Heat Pump applications first then others at later stage. 
Has anyone received vouchers for External Wall insulation?
