Hoping for a little help having tied myself in knots with the information on here !
Unpaid Debt- Reminder Notice but first i heard of it for 7 parking tickets at my previous residence (hadnt changed my DVLA record address) totalling £1190!
SAR to TOtal car parks and anything to CST/DRP ? I phoned them today to find out what it was all about and got copies of their debt letters but havent seen the original parking notices.
Just looking for advice and a template for SAR if there is one?\Thanks in advance

You really should start your own thread. And no more phoning the scammers!

That one could well be a real LoC as they have been "instructed" by the PPC and not by one of the debt collection companies. Have you read, re-read and read again the Newbies thread near the top of the forum? Second post has all the details of what you should do.

Hope the CST LAW group thread helped and had a good chuckle how fools in this scam industry operate

All these three are members of the infamous BPA who run the biggest scam membership club in the UK.  I understand that in the not too distance future their will be major changes by government

Now it's with CST, no more letters from DRP who can now go back to the sewers whence they came

It is a Letter before Claim which you must reply to and how, you will find in the NEWBIES thread.

HOWEVER ... Because the fools at DRP have added £70 which is their scam fee, CST, who are buddies with DRP who just love adding scam charges which they have no legal authority to add.

CST HAS NEVER CONFIRMED THEIR LEGAL AUTHORITY TO ADD A SCAM CHARGE ...... it all stems back to the BPA where another debt collector who is a member of the Scam BPA called ZZPS invented this add-on crap .... now called THE OSNER SCAM.

Because CST have never explained the fake add-on ..... because there is no explanation what will CST do ?   Will they issue a court claim and lie to the court that this £70 fake is real when they cannot prove it ?, they may try the OSNER/BPA scam ..... Judges are not that stupid

And if CST, trading as Credit Style are stupid enough to issue a court claim for £170, oh dear, if they claim a fake, they will be in contempt of court .... prison or an unlimted fine

As you see CST LAW hit Scotland with fake claims for UKPC. what a load of rubbish that was  It is now a case that will CST face the stocks outside court

And Smart parking using DRP ??   they are just using DRP as a freebie so it does not cost them money. DRP are so gullible they don't even know when they are being scammed

Such is the life of BPA scammers

    The advice isnt wrong
Smart dont do court claims for single tickets only for many multiples.
Replying to a LBC from CST is pointless as it will acheive nothing since no court claim will follow

So do I send a SAR or ignore this letter as all the others… I’ve read the newbies thread, but the various comments have confused me with how to deal or not deal with this 😓
