Hi all,
I have received this letter. I'm confused, as there is NO contact information.
I have been sent out a reply form, and an annex form too. It states on this 'if you have any questions or would like to discuss the debt, please call the business that sent you the form as soon as possible'.
Who do I contact? How do I chase up, with the limited amount of information supplied.
What should I do?

Further to my above post, when being asked to pay the amount on the reverse of this page, I am being asked to pay to debt recovery plus limited. NOT anchor security/ocean parking...0

You deal with it in exactly the same way as everyone else on this thread has been advised. Ignore it!Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Do I need to send them an email to dispute it, as others have? And access SAR? Or would it be best just to ignore? As it is a LBC

This thread is full of their rubbish
CST and DRP are mates so they are trying to line the pockets of DRP.
DRP HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH A PARKING TICKET and more fool anchor security for passing it to a company who live in the sewers
JUST IGNORE IT. You can write to CST if you wish as others have done ....... no point really, CST will ignore you anyway
Perfect if they are foolish enough to expose themselves to a judge

Hi guys, I am new here and just wanted to post a letter that CST sent me.
The funny thing is that I only had my car for about 10 months or so, so not sure why they would say that I have any unpaid parking fines that is from 6 years. Very strange and odd. Any input would be appreciated.
Thank you.0 -
Just ignore them1

No the 6 years relates to the time frame they can sue you in.
Given the amount you can expect a court claim
Do nothing else at this stage. Do not contact CST2
