@Grizebeck is very experienced and extremely knowledgeable about the private parking sector.If you've read through this thread - which is a dedicated CST thread - can you see any evidence of any of the cases progressing beyond this so called 'LBC'?Come back on a new thread of your own should you receive a county court claim via the Northampton CCBC, your case being the first to break the mouldPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

@Mustard_Tiger
If you go to my last posts on page 74 of this thread, there’s all the evidence you need in there. After I sent my last email to them they’ve clearly dropped the case, as I’ve had no correspondence since.2 -

This thread confirms that Parking companies use them so they don't have to pay for chasing people ? Better CST use their own money which they waste time after time as do DRP
Not sure CST have woken up to this yet, with the rubbish we see, not sure they ever will

CST are from the same stable as Debt Recovery Plus (Bristow & Sutor) and this one appears to be a letter that DRPLUS actually send.

Thank you guys and apologies to @Grizebeck if I offended you, I’m just making sure I’m not messing myself up.

I’ve seen people send emails etc etc so ignoring the letter completely is the right thing to do? No email, nothing?I’ve been reading previous cases and as you all say, they’ve gone no further, I just wanted to know if these people actually ignored them or emailed!I wasn’t sure if I could send a picture over but I think I’ve just seen I can so I’ll attach it to this, fingers crossed it works.0 -

As a newish user, you won't be able to edit your post yet, so perhaps the easiest way to make that happen, is to simply hit the Report button -- below your post and ask for that image to be removed.
