As it's CST, just like the old song "My boomerang Won't come back".... you can write but don't expect any answer because they have no answer for their scam amounts.
UKPC are just using CST as a free poodle, who can blame them when business is so bad, why spend their own money when there are people around like CST doing it for free.
We are waiting with baited breath for an actual court claim by CST. Then the fun will start.
But UKPC have their own little legal if they think their claim is valid. But UKPC get bounced out of court anyway.
Play the CST game it is good fun0 -
Suggest you get confirmation from the DVLA of exactly when you ceased to be the Registered Keeper of the vehicle.

Now either the DVLA didn't receive my notice of keeper change (V5) or it wasn't processed etc.You need to get to the bottom of what happened and when with the DVLA. Get it in writing! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

DavidJ85 said:Hi all!
So I received a "Letter Before Claim" CST LAW letter as others have on here. I sent a SAR to UKPC as advised and an email to CST Law a number of days ago. I recently received a reply from UKPC from their Data Protection Dept with the documents I requested (Photographs of vehicle, Notice Charge Copy, Notice to Keeper, DVLA Data etc). The issue is I did not own the vehicle at the time of the offence. Now either the DVLA didn't receive my notice of keeper change (V5) or it wasn't processed etc. When the notice of this first came through back in 2017 I made them aware that I no longer owned the vehicle and sent them the new owner details from the receipt of sale. It's been 4 years and now they're bringing it back up and now say I owe £175.00. I think not!
I need some advice on my next move please if possible, as I have read the thread but it doesn't explain this particular circumstance.
Thanking you in anticipation.

Unsure if CST are just plain stupid or they don't understand the English language ?
At least they have stopped their nonsensical rubbish that DRP (The circus clowns) instructed them
MSE is configured with Google. That means that posts and replies about CST LAW now feature at the top of google. Same with all the dodgy legals.
Now, that's what I call a good CV. No wonder none of them win the "best debt collector of the year"

received a letter it's actually for my son regarding a parking ticket from April 2017.
Charge £160 plus a charge of £15
My son loves in america now.. I stress over these things.
The claimant is UK Parking Control Ltd
He is stuck in america as went for work which due to corona fell through but is stuck there is a tent contract!!
If this goes to court what will happen?
Should we pay it.
He had parked on a car park which he thought was owned by Halford when he returned to the car he had a ticket.. He went back to Halford who confirmed it wasn't their car park...
What do I do?0 -

This is a complicated subject that you need to put in the shifts to understand it to avoid paying the punitive charges being imposed on you. No one can do it for you. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front.
