I also sent a SAR to UKPC and a letter to CST law about a week ago and I still haven't heard anything from either of them yet. Funny thing is, I informed both of them that I have moved house and updated them of the new address. I have just recieved the exact same letter as you today to my new address! This is the first letter I have ever recieved to my new address about the parking charge which means they have obviously seen what I have sent them and are maybe sending this letter out in response to us...

Companies have 30 days to respond to a SAR.

Now DCBL with UKPC.   Don't these daft legals know when they being used by UKPC as freebie letter senders.  
That tells us that UKPC thought CST were rubbish ?   .  UKPC are known scammers and fraudsters, and DCBL are being sucked in a scam, this time DCBL have not realised they are being used and abused.   How many more legals will UKPC treat as idiots 

Answers on a postage stamp from Rupert of UKPC ....... if UKPC are about to go bust, best tell the BPA/DVLA so all tickets become VOID  ....... maybe we will see from the administrator a claim for unproven debts ... ......

An update from me. After sending an SAR to CST I received a response, fair enough.  In the meantime I received another threat letter from BW Legal, they were involved early on but seem to have gone away. They were unaware that this was already at the court stage & an SAR to them elicited a total climb-down. This arrived today. Seems to be an order from the court demanding they make their case again & prove that it   a) demonstrates they have proper signage ( they don't ) & b) that they have complied with POFA '12 ( they definitely haven't ) Struck out if they can't show a stronger case. Is this a normal part of the court's behaviour? Are they weeding out the chaff to save court time?

Yes. They are the company that have pursued it to court.

As I said a few companies have had a crack as the original incident is 2015. DRP then BW legal & finally CST
