"The charge includes £0.00 for time spent. This amount is a contribution to the clients costs "
You think you have a simple brain ? Feel very sorry for CST ???
Thus far we have not seen any court case from this bunch
BUT, this is a game of musical chairs and they sent you a Letter before claim and it is advised you respond. A very simple reply is to deny any debt and for an explanation for adding £60
They will not reply because they cannot and they certainly cannot say it relates to costs, they have already covered that saying £0.00 has been added
See what I mean about BRAINS ?
Parking companies, desperate parking companies, are using CST as a FREEBIE service with their fingers crossed .... UKCPS have their own poodle they use.
Don't think CST has grasped the situation yet
See what happens next ...... do not complete any of forms, you simply cannot give personal info to a scammer

You simply read the entire thread, simple brain or not. Do we have to keep repeated the advice you will find earlier in this same thread?
If anyone here gets a court claim then they should start their own thread but not otherwise.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

is there anything i havent done which i should do up to now?Phoning them, and taking DRP seriously. This was just a debt chaser to be ignored. No-one gives CST or DRP their phone number.
Nowhere in the NEWBIES thread advice do I say to phone up debt collectors.

Any further letters from DRP must be destroyed and then you must wash your hands after
CST and DRP are in the scam together1 -

Look, DRP are now dead in the water, they passed it on to their mates CST and now it depends what CST do
As I have said in the past, this is a game of musical chairs, DRP failed to find a spare seat so they are now out of the game
And if you don't like musical chairs, think of DRP like Humpty Dumpty1 -
Hi All!
Just wanted to send in an update. A week ago (well within the 30 day limit) I sent a SAR to UKPC and a letter to CST. I found 3 email addresses for CST so I used them all. I received a generic reply from UKPC saying they would get round to replying and nothing from CST so far. I will update when the 30 days has passed.
However, today I received a letter from "dcbl" attached. It reads like a debt collector and a law office at the same time:
Failure to do so (payment) will result in us recommending to our client the commencement of legal action against you"
Do i need to do anything with this one like i did with CST or is it just a debt collector notice to be ignored? Oh it is for the same ticket.
Thanks for your help, again!

The info in the NEWBIE sticky would tell you that it is a debt collector letter and is best used to line the bottom of the budgie's cage! Real letters before/of claim give you 30 days.2
