We applied on the 1/10 heard nothing yet, every time we speak to mb they say we are next in the cue.

It has been affected but probably just like the majority of businesses across the country. I don't work in travel or anything like that where uncertainty is at an extreme.

It’s so strange, we just got asked about the location of my husbands head office to our home, nothing else as of yet

That’s a good sign, means they’re actually looking at your application and it’s in front of someone! We only applied a couple of days after you and have been told it’ll be the end of the month before anyone looks at ours!! Being asked about head offices is pretty normal if they’re a distance away from where you live, just give them the answer and hopefully you’ll have an outcome soon!

The valuation was being carried out at the house we're buying today and to my surprise santander have text and emailed this afternoon to say the valuation has been confirmed and our offer will be sent to us, I thought after seeing the last few posts we might have had to wait but we didn't go through a broker. Hope you all get some good news soon too!

Ah good! I think by this time tomorrow you'll have had a text and email too! As long as the company they use in your area gets it back to them straightaway. Although I'm not sure what time our valuation was done. Countrywide did ours
