    What’s your timeline?
28/06 - full application direct online first thing in the morning.
29/06 - asked for more info and supplied within 6 mins.
01/07 - Passed to underwriters and valuation checks being done. Believe since speaking to them that they were desktop review only and has been accepted.
05/07 - asked for more info and supplied within 20 mins.
09/07 - received 2nd lot of address verification codes and submitted.

They're still reviewing the info we sent on the 5th which was only an additional payslip.
Wow! You only applied the day before me and you've nearly got your offer already whereas they've only just started looking at our case :D. I heard there was some issue when the rates switched on 30th June.

    Good morning everyone!!
I have been following the timeline for a while and thought I should share mine as well.
16th June- Full Application by broker
17th - request made for new payslips as ones submitted by the broker was not clear.
21 June- queried my second job and requested further proof of employment and P60
2nd July. Requested June pays lip for the second job
4 July- requested my second job contract as they are not sure if it is permanent.

Everything that was requested was quickly sent to them but no offer still, Should I be worried?

Any view or opinion will help calm my nerves. Thank you

How are you getting on with your application? Did you end up getting offered based in valuation or not yet?

    Applied - 29th June
    Valuation Instructed - 10th July
Valuation booked - 11th July (for 12th July)
  • Applied on 6th July with an intermediary (porting our mortgage). No news yet - broker says Santander is busy so no movement yet. Anxious about down valuation. Thanks all of you for sharing your info - so helpful!

    Hi all,

Don't have my offer yet but thought I'd share an updated timeline as it might be helpful to others:

    Application submitted (via broker): 26/05/2022
Valuation instructed for 6th June: 26/05/2022
    Mortgage approved pending valuation: 27/05/2022
    Downvalued by £10,000: 07/06/2022
*Lost first house due to seller not renegotiating*
Revised application submitted on a new house: 21/06/2022
Underwriting transferred/agreed to new house: 23/06/2022
Valuation Booked: 30/06/2022 (Was instructed on the same day it was carried out oddly)

No update since, although have been told by the phone team to expect an decision by Thursday this week!

    Hello,

Submitted our application on 30/06 and not heard a peep! Anyone else submitted on this day through a broker?

Apparently they're setting up applications received on 28th June now. (see service levels on the website for intermediaries)

    Hope you hear something soon!
  • This thread has been so useful, thank you!

We got an AIP and submitted our full application on 11/07. Hard search the same day but nothing since.

Having looked at the service updates it seems we’ll be in for a long, agonising wait!
