Anyone know how long you should be waiting after the valuation for an update at the moment? Our valuation was done on Thursday 30th but have heard nothing since... last time we heard the next day by 12PM.

Just to add our mortgage is approved subject to valuation so it is literally the last thing we are waiting eeek!

My mortgage offer email came 4 working days after valuation. So I think today or tomorrow you should hear! Best of luck!!

Thank you! I did ring a Santander mortgage helpline yesterday and she said from what she can see it looks like the valuation report she could see is valued at what we offered but she didn't want to guarantee it, so I think It might be good news but holding my breath until I get my offer.

How long did it take for your valuation to come through? I got the "we're valuing your property email" a week ago but haven't heard anything since

How long did it take for your valuation to come through? I got the "we're valuing your property email" a week ago but haven't heard anything since 

I applied through a broker (full timeline earlier in this thread) and my valuation was instructed by Santander the day after full application was submitted. Though, in 3 weeks time - my estate agent and broker both confirmed the date of the valuation to be carried out.
once it was done, I didn’t actually receive the valuation report until the mortgage offer came in the post with the valuation attached, which was a few days after the Offered email from Santander.

Full online application once solicitor instructed on the evening of Monday 13th, requested info (payslips and bank statement) uploaded immediately.

Should be straightforward as it's 55% LTV and roughly 35% of our max borrowing, pretty perfect credit files. So the wait begins...

Full application and all requested info submitted on the evening of 13th June
Additional info requested and submitted 15th June
Desktop valuation 16th June
Underwriters approval pending valuation 20th June
Amended application to pay arrangement fee on completion, 21st June
Amended Mortgage Illustration sent by snail mail 22nd June
Amended Mortgage Illustration received and approved 24th June
Underwriters approval pending valuation AM, offer approved and sent out PM 30th June
Offer received 5th July

I've just had my broker email me saying santander have approved my mortgage he should have the offer tomorrow. Been waiting since 27th June application went in.

Ours went in 28th - what docs did you have to provide?

Santander say they've posted our identify verification letters twice now but we're still yet to receive them. Did anyone else experience this?
