Wow, makes it even better knowing it's been worth it.ftbhoping said:@SueF1 yes exactly, it’s taken us 10 years to get this!! Please keep me posted with yours x
Hopefully ours won't be too long... It's back in the UW queue after answering some questions which theoretically means we'll have to wait another 5 days ish to catch up with the timescales but then you read about someone getting more questions/ offers the next day so who knows where we are!

Apparently our valuation was received 15/9. Further questions on 22/9 and answered same day. Told was signed off pending valuation agreed 29/9 and today was offered 30/9. XSueF1 said:

I think our valuation was sent over 24/09 then questions (first we've had) on 29/09. Expect something more in a week then I would have thought....ftbhoping said:

My valuation was send 28th August, some questions followed, in the queue for final checks three weeks ago and then more questions Monday and yesterday. I’m told they have everything they need and no reasons to decline but still..... it’s all driving me insane!!!SueF1 said:

I am so glad to see someone with an offer as it gives hope!!!!0 -
Surely your offer should be coming quickly now then you'd think. 3 weeks is a long time to wait for final checks!!newhomechris said:

We applied 26/08, same as @ftbhoping above who's just got the offer but had to wait longer for the valuation to be done (not done until 23/09)0 -
I’m assured it will be very soon. I applied on 24th August. It’ll all be worth it in a few weeks when I move into my lovely new home 😁SueF1 said:
