I get that and feel the exact same. I usually have to do the pushing and like you feel like I'm hassling because it's not in my nature and of course I don't know how many clients my broker has along side mine. But on the same note I'm very wary its might look to my vendor not much is happening with our sale. So far I've not had any communication or hassle from the EA (but I am using their broker so perhaps they are going straight to him) but who knows when that pressure starts to be pushed.peacetrustlove said:I've done the same. I do not understand how my MA works though as he won't normally respond to my texts or emails. Perhaps he's just tired of me hassling him lol. But he has kept me well informed all throughout the process and has worked efficiently as far as I can make it out. There are still a few hours left today. FIngers crossed and wishing everyone well.

Estate agents like it when clients youse their own MA. The MA keeps them in the loop. My vendors weren’t initially happy because their own MA declined to take me on due to my complex finances. But then I found my own MA. Luckily the vendors knew this MA and after having a chat with him, decided to proceed with the transaction. I feel you should be okay if you are using the agent’s MA.cloudkicker18 said:

Has anyone else heard any more this PM?
I've had a little news today... My broker sent me an email just after 5pm this afternoon and while I have not seen a message from Santander just yet, my broker wanted me to let me know they've agreed the mortgage. The glass-half empty side of me isn't cracking open the bubbles just yet until I see something more concrete in writing however I do feel I can relax for the Easter break.
I only had this news very late this afternoon and I don't doubt others will get there news very soon too.0 -

24/3 Application declined - No reason given (even though been a customer with them for 20+ years)
25/3 Changed lender to Santander - DIP obtained, Application submitted. Hard and Soft credit searches conducted.

I don't know when during my application Santander did a valuation but I'm being told it was a desktop valuation.

It feels like you're going round in circles. Why don't they ask for all the documents they feel they need to see rather than 1 at a time? It just slows everything right down.
I really hope things move forward next week I really do.
