I've had a little news today... My broker sent me an email just after 5pm this afternoon and while I have not seen a message from Santander just yet, my broker wanted me to let me know they've agreed the mortgage. The glass-half empty side of me isn't cracking open the bubbles just yet until I see something more concrete in writing however I do feel I can relax for the Easter break. 

I only had this news very late this afternoon and I don't doubt others will get there news very soon too.

My mb told me they checking out very accounts as when they wanted proof it was all paid off they could see how much we have to spend on our accounts, my mb is telling us it sounds all positive so fingers crossed, my mb said they will be working the weekend so who knows

Yes just want to make sure it’s paid off as it’s showing we owe on our credit check, but we paid it all off ages ago

Fingers crossed 🤞 my mb rang Santander and said they can’t see that’s we don’t owe anything and mb had to explain to them that we have a limit and it’s the full limit still showing so we don’t own anything,said they will look and get bk to us, I’m now panicking lol we got the estate agent on to us and they rang out mb but mb said it’s looking promising for us 🤞
