Santander mortgage timeline

Had the internal valuation done today. 

MB updated us that they need my payslips now to go ahead. They never requested them previously and we will have to wait until I get them from work now in the post! Such a pain! 

Had a hard and soft credit check done yesterday aswell!

really hope I have a update today,thought it would of been yesterday,starting to have a bad feeling now,got to keep busy  🤯🤯 anyone had any news from Santander?

None from me - just sent an email to my broker seeking an update. Will keep you posted.

Nothing yet. They got back to us yesterday morning and requested one more thing from us, ma got back to them immediately and heard nothing since. Praying we hear today, we've been back and forward to underwriter 3 or 4 times now. If we don't hear anything today it will be mid next week I'd say with the holidays

Nothing yet. They got back to us yesterday morning and requested one more thing from us, ma got back to them immediately and heard nothing since. Fingers crossed u hear something today,just a waiting game,wish Easter was next weekend lol

I know! I'm constantly checking their service levels and it seems to be taking longer as the days go by 😭🙏

I’m the same, feeling more sick as the hours are going on and it’s still early in the morning 😭😭

Credit karma. They send you emails aswell
