Very similar. I’ve had two valuations. One desktop around 12/03 and one internal on 23/03. Valuation received on 25/03. No further updates from MA except saying ‘ further assessment will be in 48 hours’

Was your application straight forward enough? I've a similar timeline. 
15/03 dip approved

17/03 Santander received full application

18/03 Documents requested

18/03 Valuation instructed for 23/03

22/03 application with underwriters

22/03 more documents requested

23/03 Valuation completed

29/03 more documents sent

Nothing today for me. Valuation completed on 23/03. Received by Santander 25/03. Waiting waiting waiting. MA isn’t responding as usual.

Urghhhh I hope we know by max Wednesday! It will have been 12 working days then. I know two weeks isn’t a long time but I keep seeing posts on Facebook page people receiving their offers within a week from other lenders. Let me know soon as you hear I’ll be keeping everything crossed for you 🤞🏼

Hi all
Got a remortgage in progress with santander,  valuation is booked for Monday, app submitted yesterday.  Do they underwrite prior to valuation or instruct valuation then underwrite.  It is 75% LTV and I was just curious why they wouldn't use a HPI as it looks like it is either a drive by.

So all was going well.

Credit check and final under write completed 15th March.  Full survey carried out 17th March and reviewed by Santander today 18th.  They seem to have marked something incorrectly and ask for a full cladding report on my house, something that isn't required.  Query raised back but it will take 24 hours to rectify, so frustrating as I belive it will be offer out after this.

Valuation issue was sorted Monday.
Soft and hard check carried out today, 3rd soft check but only 1st hard check from what I can see.  My said expect the mortgage offer Wednesday 

So offer was issued by Santander on 24th March which was just under 2 weeks from applications (Remo 75% LTV)

Offer received in the post Saturday 27th, just waiting on the solicitors to receive their copy then I'm moving to completion.  If it goes by this Thursday that will be 3 weeks from submission

I think it’s the extension of the stamp duty holiday which has pushed back recent cases. Fingers crossed and good luck to you too.
