Similar timescales to me. Applied 26/8. Then was with Underwriters during that time and physical valuation completed 15/9. Valuation received 17/9. Then was told it had passed the UW stage and was ready for offer by 22/9, only to have questions begin at that stage by the UW. Still waiting0

I'm just getting to the point of thinking an offer won't happen now what with all the tightening up of things. Am self employed and took SEISS etc but back to normal and broker was thorough, but feel like it's a bad sign I haven't had any questions come up at all yet. Just feels so unattainable right now 😫Debt Free: 06/03/2020 Highest Debt: £37,5140

Anyone self employed and been requested to fill in a form about how Covid has affected the business (apparently you have to do this for Natwest)? Presumably this would be sent at UW stage.0

Santander apparently have a 2 stage UW process. First to check they have all the docs they need then goes back to them to check over and make decisions. Seems odd that they would then start top request lots of new things at the 2nd stage if they'd already confirmed they had everything they wanted..
I haven't heard anything btw, this is all just wondering and reading other people's experiences.
