Yeah there’s been a few of these. It’s where you go when they’re either waiting on valuation to come through or waiting on the docs to be drawn up. Strangely enough my mate ‘went’ there today too, it’s just the final paper work bit from what I can gather

I'm worried i might get a decline. Heard nothing back and my broker keeps saying they will hear back a week later. My Case was with the underwriters 2 weeks ago. Everyone else on here seems to be getting speedy offers or request for more information

Hey, I am really sorry to read this. Has your broker given you any indication as to why? 

Does the income from being a shareholder not fall under their lending criteria? I noticed on their criteria that only 65% of investment income can be used as income. Wonder if it’s this? 

I haven’t read of many people being declined. I’m sorry you have waited so long for a negative response.

We have had confirmation from MB to say we have our offer but waiting for it to be issued as well! Hopefully not too long of a wait as nervous they haven’t given us full amount but sure it’s fine.

We are in same boat. If they had not given full amount they would have told your MB that already...

We only found out in the last few hours but she seemed to think that we’ll have it tomorrow. She said our main problem was our valuation was done so long ago that they just needed to match it back up again to our case and that was only thing they were waiting for.
