So application been in 8 weeks Thursday, submitted SA03 form 3 months business statements 3 months bank statements, our accredited books. And last Monday (5 days ago) we where asked to send a form from accountant. Do you think they will ask anything else or maybe an offer this week. It’s so stressful the wait. We are 18 weeks in to applying over all as we applied to Aldermore originally.

Does anyone know if Santander are doing virtual / desktop valuations?
Yes, we had one. But not everyone does, some people have physical valuations, I’m really not sure what the criteria is for which one you have though.

  • Hey all, I’m new to this forum - but stressed out at the whole Santander process  :/
    18/09 Mortgage Application
    24/09 Valuation Instructed
    14/10 Valuation Date
    02/11 With Underwriter
13/11 Sent further documents from partners account director as he is a share holder in his company and they needed more info on this (although we already sent the information with the application)

    currently using a broker.
Hopefully hear back soon, but losing hope!

Both employed, and haven’t been furloughed this year - but my partner gets dividends as a shareholder which is why it’s with the underwriter :-(
