Fionaanne141 said:Awww congratulations, that’s great news!I’ve just had a call from my MB as she’s been asked by Santander today to provide clearer images of a supporting letter I had to provide, they also queried why I pay a bed company £156 a month when it’s actually my council tax 😂😂 (it shows on my statement as Central Beds as that’s my local authority) and they also questioned a monthly payment to Santander collections which is a small sum I pay into a Santander ISA monthly.
Very annoying questions that don’t inspire much confidence but hopefully it means they’re looking at things.
Applied 19th October, employed but additional income froma trust, asked to provide more details re trust on 27th October and now this query today.22/09 - application submitted with Leeds BS, long story short, on the 9/11 we've been told that Leeds is reducing the amount they're willing to lend by nearly £20k (turns out our broker FORGOT to declare our child on the application)
10/11 - found another mortgage advisor
11/11 - AIP with Santander (single applicant, shared ownership, 85LTV)
12/11 - all documents sent
13/11 - application with Santander submitted and passed to underwriting. Valuation booked for 23/11
19/11 - mortgage agreed, subject to a satisfactory valuation
23/11 - mortgage offer issued
19/12 - completed2 -

Amazing news for those that have been accepted! Has anyone heard anything today that submitted additional info last Monday? I noticed the dates changed to the 16th November fairly early today.0

Sorry me again, just had random thought as I over think everything about the application
I was only asked by my MA to give him 3 of my payslips and a letter to confirm the end of furlough, he didn't ask for any bank statements from myself or my partner. Is this normal?
Now worrying that the closer we get to the top of the pile that they are going to want more....0 -

Cherry - Is your partner employed and have you provided evidence of his income? When I made my app they told me for what we needed to borrow they didn't need evidence of my additional self employed income as what we already earned between us should have been enough, and it could always be added later if needed. Saved uploading more evidence and making it more complicated than necessary. And they were right, ours was approved without it. Maybe your MB is confident you can borrow what you need with the evidence you've already provided?0
