Weirdly there does seem to be a 2 day queue from approval to offer documentation...broker confirmed it’s all agreed but said as they are behind it’ll be a couple of days before offer is out via email/post.1

Scroll down to the part where it says ‘we’re viewing applications passed to our underwriters on....’ and you’ll be able to monitor when they’re likely to see yours 👍🏻 Be warned though, it becomes obsessive and a somewhat unhealthy obsession 😂😂
If it's still at the 19th October today I'm guessing that's still 2 weeks of waiting and watching for us?1 -
Think when all have an offer and this Covid disappears, we should all meet up and have a drink to celebrate...been quite a journey and you all made it easier x0

Wherw you'll all from?:) I'm in South West22/09 - application submitted with Leeds BS, long story short, on the 9/11 we've been told that Leeds is reducing the amount they're willing to lend by nearly £20k (turns out our broker FORGOT to declare our child on the application)
10/11 - found another mortgage advisor
11/11 - AIP with Santander (single applicant, shared ownership, 85LTV)
12/11 - all documents sent
13/11 - application with Santander submitted and passed to underwriting. Valuation booked for 23/11
19/11 - mortgage agreed, subject to a satisfactory valuation
23/11 - mortgage offer issued
19/12 - completed0 -
Awww congratulations, that’s great news!I’ve just had a call from my MB as she’s been asked by Santander today to provide clearer images of a supporting letter I had to provide, they also queried why I pay a bed company £156 a month when it’s actually my council tax 😂😂 (it shows on my statement as Central Beds as that’s my local authority) and they also questioned a monthly payment to Santander collections which is a small sum I pay into a Santander ISA monthly.
Very annoying questions that don’t inspire much confidence but hopefully it means they’re looking at things.
Applied 19th October, employed but additional income froma trust, asked to provide more details re trust on 27th October and now this query today.0 -

Seems to be going slower and slower each day!0
