Have they requested any further payslips since submitting offer?
I was furloughed during the first lockdown but then got a letter from my employer to say I was returning back on 2nd November, due to some personal issues I have been working 3 days for the past 3 weeks to work towards going back in full time soon. I'm starting to worry they might want my November payslip then will think my job isn't secure even though my employer would be happy to submit another letter to confirm my current status whilst furlough is available.
Am I over thinking?
anyone else have feel a sense of relief on a Sunday night knowing that come Monday morning the wheels start turning again getting us closer to the top of the UW queue? Or is it just me being a weirdo, I dunno what’s normal anymore 🤷🏼♀️😂
but also I’m nervous for tomorrow, if I hear!!!1 -

Yaay Monday tomorrow (how sad that sounds 😂)
It's our valuation day tomorrow, providing everything is ok, how long does it take to go into offer?
I'm wishing you all good luck I'm sure most of you will hear some news! 🍀22/09 - application submitted with Leeds BS, long story short, on the 9/11 we've been told that Leeds is reducing the amount they're willing to lend by nearly £20k (turns out our broker FORGOT to declare our child on the application)
10/11 - found another mortgage advisor
11/11 - AIP with Santander (single applicant, shared ownership, 85LTV)
12/11 - all documents sent
13/11 - application with Santander submitted and passed to underwriting. Valuation booked for 23/11
19/11 - mortgage agreed, subject to a satisfactory valuation
23/11 - mortgage offer issued
19/12 - completed2 -
