  • Our sellers are getting antsy now - not sure what planet they're on, given they only accepted our offer 10 days ago and we applied the same day.
MB has told us they've satisfied all of our income and docs, and have the valuation and we're now waiting for this mystical mortgage centre. Had a good feeling when I woke up today, now I'm just stressed again.

Hi all, was reading here for a while and decided to give our time line, maybe that would help for somebody here.

    19/11 received an offer

Your sellers need to take a breathe 😂 our offer was accepted on the 14th October and we applied on the 17th October and ours hasn’t been dealt with yet!!  I’m sure that the ‘mortgage centre’ is somewhere you go when your subject to valuation or something like that, I really do think you’re close to being done!
  • I know right! We had their EA on the phone today asking us if there was anything she could do - they're a big agent as well so they must know all lenders are swamped! He hasn't said we are in it, he's said that's the next step.
In my job, I'm the one who sorts out the problems and chases people to get sh*t done - it's just killing me that I can't just take control! G&T time I think!
  • It’s still on the 19th!!!!  I feel like not much progress happens on a Friday! Maybe a lot of the underwriters are part time which is why there is a spurt mid week!
You can see I am thinking about this a lot!!!
