mortgage is all agreed 😀😀😀...just need to wait a day or two for the official offer to be sent out...

for those who have t been following from start - my timeline 
13th Oct - applied
20th oct - UW queue (information provided 3 months bank statements, accountants certificate, wifes payslips 3 months).
23rd Nov - mortgage agreed as confirmed by broker.
no extra questions inbetween..

There is hope for all of us...can’t wait to hear the rest of you getting offers soon x

Was like an instant weight of the shoulders upon hearing...like a cloud that’s been lifted..you don’t realise how much the waiting and hoping wears you down until you’ve got the confirmation...massively praying for all of you and it will happen

He told me over WhatsApp...

yeah bang on time and this also confirms they work weekends/Saturdays as Friday was still 19th so they must have looked at it over weekend to confirm Monday morning

I was thinking this as when I looked this morning it was still saying the 19th!! Clearly something is happening in the background....who cares what though, you got your offer!!!
