I didn't provide bank statements either, just 3 months payslips and an accountants certificate for hubby's Ltd company earnings. But we do have a bank account with them, although not our main one, and hubby's company bank accounts are santander as well1

So, I'm still waiting for a decision on our mortgage and stressing out. We applied on 19/10 and hard search done same day. Had to send some extra documents last one being another month of payslips on top of the ones I already sent. They were sent 18/11 and I've not heard anything else since. We're both employed in health care, credit scores ok, I have one default for £20 which I paid months ago so not sure what the hold up is and when I'll hear anything. We got ATP from HTB two weeks ago. My house is ready on 18/12 and am now in panic mode!0

We applied on 12/10 and haven’t heard anything back yet, we answered a question on 19/10 and nothing since. I wouldn’t worry, they are just taking their time with everything!missusaitch83 said:So, I'm still waiting for a decision on our mortgage and stressing out. My partner has a Limited company so we have provided SA302 forms and accounts for the last 3 years. Hopefully I am just over thinking everything....it makes you go mad this waiting around 😒NatNat77 said:Cherry - Is your partner employed and have you provided evidence of his income? When I made my app they told me for what we needed to borrow they didn't need evidence of my additional self employed income as what we already earned between us should have been enough, and it could always be added later if needed. Saved uploading more evidence and making it more complicated than necessary. And they were right, ours was approved without it. Maybe your MB is confident you can borrow what you need with the evidence you've already provided?0 -
We are a limited company to, we uploaded the sa032 form plus accounts, last week we had to submit a new form from Santander for accountant to fill in. With our up to date earnings but others have submitted this with initial application.cherryx3x3 said:

Can I ask how many people have been asked for bank statements we have not been asked for these by broker so if they request them its a longer wait I guess? Thank you0

Our broker wanted them on file but they weren’t requested at initial assessment and they said that Santander don’t ask for them as standard. They might do, but they’re asked not to provide them unless they’re requested.Katemb94 said:Can I ask how many people have been asked for bank statements we have not been asked for these by broker so if they request them its a longer wait I guess?
