Yeah there’s been a few of these. It’s where you go when they’re either waiting on valuation to come through or waiting on the docs to be drawn up. Strangely enough my mate ‘went’ there today too, it’s just the final paper work bit from what I can gather

We only found out in the last few hours but she seemed to think that we’ll have it tomorrow. She said our main problem was our valuation was done so long ago that they just needed to match it back up again to our case and that was only thing they were waiting for.

My MB said as valuation is already done shouldn’t take long bit there is a few days delay...congratulations mate

Thank you. We’re both employed but I was furloughed before but back working now so just took a while to iron that bit out. We applied on 21/9 so it’s been a long wait!

Seeing as though the 24/25th oct is a weekend that should jump to 26th by tomorrow therefore you should defo hear by Thursday/Friday x
