11th November, so would be silly quick! We're both employed, FTB, 83.1% LTV, borrowing 2.6x income - my husband falls into one of those 'we might consider 6x' professions but I have an affordable but sizeable credit card balance. Weren't expecting to start this process yet, we're just jumping on a property we've both loved forever that has unexpectedly come to market so my nerves are shot waiting - I will be devastated if we lose it!0

The applications going back to UW after further information queue hasn’t moved in about three days now, so frustrating!0

We've been really lucky! I just hope the valuation will be ok. The valuation has been done previously and came back ok when we applied with Leeds BS. Does that mean it should be ok this time as well?22/09 - application submitted with Leeds BS, long story short, on the 9/11 we've been told that Leeds is reducing the amount they're willing to lend by nearly £20k (turns out our broker FORGOT to declare our child on the application)
10/11 - found another mortgage advisor
11/11 - AIP with Santander (single applicant, shared ownership, 85LTV)
12/11 - all documents sent
13/11 - application with Santander submitted and passed to underwriting. Valuation booked for 23/11
19/11 - mortgage agreed, subject to a satisfactory valuation
23/11 - mortgage offer issued
19/12 - completed1 -
