Does anybody know what constitues entry into the 'fast queue'? I assume employed, no debt, no missed payments/adverse etc? What about if you have an AIP?

AIP doesn’t make a difference, we got an instant ‘accept’ in our AIP and are still in the complex queue unfortunately.0 -
Hi All,
Been lurking here for a couple of weeks to gain some much needed hope!
I am employed full time (I was furloughed during first lockdown, business not affected this time around) my partner has a Limited company.
Applied for our mortgage on 20/10
Sent to underwriters 26/10
Hoping we get to the front of the queue by this time next week the way things are moving on the website.0
