Definitely!! I am not but OH is. My income was temporarily reduced during the first lockdown which is why I’m guessing they asked!

Ah so they asked if you’ve been affected not your OH? What did you have to do to prove if anything or was it just a statement saying No.

We applied on 12/10 - sent to UW on 19/10 - valuation 23/10. OH wasn’t impacted at all, but did take the bounce back loan as a precaution at the start, however didn’t use it.

We did the same, took bbl, so good you had valuation. Wish they’d book ours.

Does anybody know what constitues entry into the 'fast queue'? I assume employed, no debt, no missed payments/adverse etc? What about if you have an AIP?

Fast queue is employed with no furlough and no adverse credit.
AIP doesn’t make a difference, we got an instant ‘accept’ in our AIP and are still in the complex queue unfortunately.

Hi All,
Been lurking here for a couple of weeks to gain some much needed hope! 
I am employed full time (I was furloughed during first lockdown, business not affected this time around) my partner has a Limited company.
Applied for our mortgage on 20/10
Sent to underwriters 26/10
Hoping we get to the front of the queue by this time next week the way things are moving on the website.
