I reckon I’m looking at the first week in December, you guys should be next week though, possibly even Friday If they keep on top of it!! .... it all feels a lot closer now that it was mid October when this all started though! Applying feels like a lifetime ago now 😂mowgliisaG said:

I’m so confused lol, we submitted SA03 form, 3 months business bank statements, 3 months personal, And our certified books, and now this form from Santander for him to comment on. Do u think they ask anything else, we are 7 weeks in tomorrow.mowgliisaG said:
Yeah the accountants certificate is the Santander form and we filled one of those in...but a letter is different??85c said:
I thought it was a letter from accountant they asked for, but it was a form from Santander accountant had to feel in. He wrote 2 lines.mowgliisaG said:

Hey!! So strange to see you on here instead of your thread!!haras_n0sirrah said:Santander have two queues
The 'easy' queue (employed, no adverse etc) and the senior underwriter queue (self employed, adverse) - worth finding out which queue you are in. The advertised timescale on the website is the longer queue so the shorter one shouldn't be that long
The bulk of us are in the SE queue.....dying slow and painful deaths waiting!! 😂😂Like @m@Meh123 said most of us are SE and slowly dying waiting and wishing our life away. Some on here have been asked for letters from accountants to verify Covid impact, what if your accountant doesn’t provide this kind of information (there is a strong opinion of some accountants to not take the responsibility to comment on the sustainability or future of a business)
My other half is limited company so could be different but basically in there the account wrote why his profits are higher for 19/20 and justification as to why expenses less. This is the only piece of information we have been asked for so far
Hope that helps

We went over to the queue last minute on the 26th so MB has said we’ll be end of the 26th bunch! We’re a week behind you, applied on the 17th but at that time it was taking them a week to get people into the queue!! I can’t wait for all this to be over, however I’ll have to find new excuses to casually open a bottle of wine at 5pm when it is 😂😂😂0

Once you get the offer, open the bottle even if it's 12pmMeh123 said:We went over to the queue last minute on the 26th so MB has said we’ll be end of the 26th bunch! (I definitely will 😂) 22/09 - application submitted with Leeds BS, long story short, on the 9/11 we've been told that Leeds is reducing the amount they're willing to lend by nearly £20k (turns out our broker FORGOT to declare our child on the application)
10/11 - found another mortgage advisor
11/11 - AIP with Santander (single applicant, shared ownership, 85LTV)
12/11 - all documents sent
13/11 - application with Santander submitted and passed to underwriting. Valuation booked for 23/11
19/11 - mortgage agreed, subject to a satisfactory valuation
23/11 - mortgage offer issued
19/12 - completed1 -

Offer received! Phew! Timeline is below, we are both employed, 75% LTV HTB and FTB. We can't see the actual offer yet, we are via a broker, but I am assuming it is for the full value otherwise it would say right...?
15/10 application submitted
28/10 query for one of us (provide evidence that haven't been made redundant)
17/11 message that valuation is booked for 18/11
18/11 offer received1 -
I don't knkw the answer to your question, I'm guessing it would say if it wasn't for the full amount. Congratulations 🥳BigD74 said:Offer received! Phew! I really really hope so! I’ve mentally prepared myself not to have a definite answer till mid December, so anything beforehand would be amazing!! I just want some contact from the UW now, ideally an offer but even questions....anything just to prove I didn’t imagine putting that application in 😂mowgliisaG said:
