Love it 😂 I might do the same. Our mortgage broker said we shouldn't have any issues, it's a straight forward application, there are no credit issues, we have £0 balance on all credit cards, we are ok affordability wise, I'm trying to stay positive, but after our recent experience with the previous broker, I'm still worried something might go wrong...Meh123 said:
I’m going to see if I can have a mortgage update detox for a few days, I might just drink wine instead and just gently rock in a corner facing the wall or something hahahapinklady3333 said:

Noooooooooooo!!!22/09 - application submitted with Leeds BS, long story short, on the 9/11 we've been told that Leeds is reducing the amount they're willing to lend by nearly £20k (turns out our broker FORGOT to declare our child on the application)
10/11 - found another mortgage advisor
11/11 - AIP with Santander (single applicant, shared ownership, 85LTV)
12/11 - all documents sent
13/11 - application with Santander submitted and passed to underwriting. Valuation booked for 23/11
19/11 - mortgage agreed, subject to a satisfactory valuation
23/11 - mortgage offer issued
19/12 - completed1 -

We keep thinking the same, business is booming all it’s done is grow, no credit no debt, excellent credit rating, no problem with affordability, but had similar experience with Aldermore to you, so it makes you doubt everything, but I’m sure you will be fine!Monik2510a said:
