Hi,
I’ve lost track of wait times and I’m stressing slightly. I’m self employed, 21% LTV. According to MB application was passed to underwriter on 31st October, valuation done 6th November. Any idea when I might hear anything? 😊

Hi. Mine went to UW on 20/10 and expect to hear on 23rd Nov, so I’d say your closer to first week in Dec x

Personal bank statements for sole trader I take it...

NO, proof of salary from LTD company into personal account, no mention of sole trader accounts... We provided certificates from accountants for both sole trader and ltd.... the wait goes on

We are both SE, limited company, business not effected by covid, submitted 3 months bank statements business and personal, SA03 form, application went in on 1/10 on 7/11 requested form from accountant to verify business not effected. Accountant doing it now will be submitted this week.

That’s a new one...usually just business statements and accountants certificate..
