Every Thursday I'm like 'bring on Monday' 😂
22/09 - application submitted with Leeds BS, long story short, on the 9/11 we've been told that Leeds is reducing the amount they're willing to lend by nearly £20k (turns out our broker FORGOT to declare our child on the application)
10/11 - found another mortgage advisor
11/11 - AIP with Santander (single applicant, shared ownership, 85LTV)
    12/11 - all documents sent
13/11 - application with Santander submitted and passed to underwriting. Valuation booked for 23/11
19/11 - mortgage agreed, subject to a satisfactory valuation
    23/11 - mortgage offer issued
    19/12 - completed

    Employed, 83% LTV.
I “applied” via a MB early September for a 95 LTV based on the fact that I was an existing customer porting my current mortgage, but that got declined.

Second application was the 14th of October

Was the decline because it was 95% hence why your 83% now?

    Hey all,

I’m useless at maths 😂 can anyone guide me as to when I’m likely to get a verdict?

Employed Full Time, 33%LTV, application submitted 20th October (porting small existing Santander mortgage. Additional info requested on 20th October & returned same day within an hour

Any ideas when I should start to get my hopes up for a text / email from MB?

Been very chilled about it all until now but started to get the same “wishing life away” feeling

When was the additional info requested, as the 20th November hasn’t happened yet 😂😂 I think it normally takes them about 4/5 working days to assess new docs so hopefully you’d hear 4/5 days after submitting them. On the upside employed mortgages are going through a lot quicker than self employed, I think on their site it’s approx 23 working days.

😂😂 I forget to mention I can see into the future. It was the 27th October they requested the new info and I responded on the same day. Fingers crossed not too long.
