We are on - working - day 25 today (minus day of application) and we have heard nothing so far apart from when valuation took place!

You must be really close to the front of the queue now! They may even be dealing with it, what date did you join the UW queue?

I’m not too sure! MB hasn’t said but he seems to think that all we are waiting for is the valuation to get assessed which too place on the 23rd. So I am guessing before this sometime!

I just asked our MB and they’ve said that ours was send to the UW on the 19/10. Hopefully we will hear something by the end of the month!

Ours was sent on the 20/10. We applied on the 13th..7 days before. I assume you applied on the 12th??
I think you will hear on the Wednesday/Thursday next week. 

Yeah that’s right! Valuation was instructed 21st and carried out on 23rd... I hope so. Yours will be very similar then!

Makes sense..seems everyone goes into UW queue 7 days after application...
we expect to hear next Friday so assume you will Thursday...big week ahead and everything crossed for you.

Our application has been passed on to underwriting on the day we applied (13th November). Is our application likely to be assessed quicker of it's a straight forward application (single applicant, employed, shared ownership 85ltv) ? I am prepared for a long wait anyway (although the wait is killing me as we've already wasted nearly 2 months...) I've seen some posts where the whole process didn't really take that long

Hi, yeah really relieved the wait has been awful and I really thought we had a few more weeks to go yet so I’m so pleased 😬

13/10 application went in and text received.....70% ltv, both employed one permanent one fixed term contract.
30/10 Valuation was completed 
3/11 reviewed valuation 

5/11 One question relating to my husbands head office being far from where we live 

14/11 Offer text and email

Thanks for the timeline! We applied the day before you (12th Oct) and application was sent to UW on the 19th. Valuation carried out on the 23rd and we haven’t heard anything since! My OH is SE so I’m guessing that’s why! Hoping to hear something this week 🤞🏼X
